The wonderful perk of having three children with summer birthdays within four weeks of each other, is one big backyard BBQ party with many of our friends and family! Then on their actual birthdays we can do some smaller, more specific and personal activities of their choice :) This year for our backyard-a-palooza, Kyle made an extremely yummy street taco bar, and I pulled off making three birthday cakes... Teamwork Baby!!
Loved all the special people that took time from their busy summer schedules to be with us. Each person invited is considered a VIP in my book, and I really appreciate and love the time spent celebrating in our backyard! Not to mention the rockstar women in my life who totally whipped my kitchen back into shape, our cousin-auntie who has been my unofficial photographer now, for several years running and many, many others who share this life with us. We are raising our children amongst such a GREAT cloud of witnesses!

Actually I made four cakes! If you count this little "smash cake" for Babylove's first birthday :) It was sprinkled with his birthday cereal (Fruity Cheerios)
