Community

I love that we have found such amazing community at Beaverton Foursquare. Pictured here are several of the special families we have been with through Reunion and Rooted, two "classes" that lasted almost a year. Such great people, and the cutest kids ever!

Sydney and Marin cannot hold it together any longer :)

Apparently all the pictures involved the Hooligan

Date weekend

The craziest thing happened. One daughter went to camp, then two sons went to Nana & Grandpa's for "Camp Camano", then another daughter went to Nana and Poppy's for "Cousin Camp", and suddenly, unexpectedly (because my brain doesn't always compute quickly), we found ourselves with ZERO CHILDREN at our house for an entire three days. What.

So, of course, we quickly made a plan and took advantage of every minute :) As you can see, EVERYONE had an amazing weekend.

Piano recital

This year, Madeline performed in her first piano recital without sister (who was at camp). She did so amazing, and is truly loving piano right now. It makes me happy seeing how she feels life through music.

Rocking her fancy life.

Our piano teacher Miss Holly let me get in some
baby snuggles during a lesson.

Dance recital

The girls performed in their third ever dance recital! Jazz dancing still happening around here. Sweet little loves, still enjoying the experience.

With their amazing teacher Miss Kim!

Camp season

It's camp season! Marin's 6th grade overnight camp went to Lake Retreat, and Maddie's 5th grade overnight camp went back to Camp Crestview! Max's day camp was actually held right near our house at Noble Woods Park. The kids had a blast, and I'm so incredibly grateful there are adults who love my kids (almost) as much as I do. Growing in Jesus, bit by bit. Love my church family!

Kyle and Max also (for the second year now) did "luggage duty" where they drove the U-haul that carried the kids' luggage for Maddie's camp. Always a fun time for Dad as he went to Camp Crestview as a kid! (Max is a HARD worker, just like his Dad).

Sending off the 6th grade camper!

Pastor Jim has such a Father's heart! So thankful for him...

This woman single-handedly made my Celiac girl's experience
