After an unintentionally long blog hiatus, I am back! Lots happening, even some picture taking, but not as much journaling. Our spring was packed with highs and lows... Highs included family yard days, Kyle's trip to see Brian in Dallas, some good cooking both at home and out for special restaurant dates, me and Marin donating blood every two months together at the Red Cross (this is her doing, I am simply her ride and willing companion to donate with her!), teenage driving practice, eye makeup tutorials, hikes with friends, birthday parties with friends, visits from grandparents, video games with siblings, Max's first concert (Toby Mac)! A whirlwind of an end of the school year...
Lows included me having my appendix removed (with an unexpected overnight stay at the hospital) and Marin getting her first real sickness from Covid... BUT check out all our sweet care packages sent our way! Marin's friend made the most thoughtful gluten free gift basket ever.
