Fun for Grownups

Sometimes, the parents need a little fun too :) We are loving the season where we get to enjoy our friends (and sometimes those friends are our family too). Once in awhile the kids tag along! But it's been fun to share life with these wonderful people. Our neighborhood crew tries to do date night pretty often, mixed in with all our pickleball! All our boys are friends, so it's their fault we have so much fun together.

Kyle and I got to take turns on a weekend away with the guys/gals from our Beaverton Foursquare crew (we should find a new name though, since most of us don't go there anymore!). The McManama cabin is a very special place to go (similar to how I feel about the Corrigan Cabin - they are just a few miles down the road from each other!). I loved being in Robyn's family oasis, and she is so generous to always invite us there. Kyle and the guys decided to do a Bend brewery tour instead of the cabin this year, so that was fun! I'm jealous they did the lava caves, I love those spooky caves. We missed a couple friends on both trips, but was so fun to make those memories. I am so thankful for our amazing friends.
