Red Alert: THE KIDS ARE BACK IN SCHOOL!!!!!!!! (in-person!! full time!!) After a year and a half of schooling from home, this is a flipping big deal to all of us. Not to mention that sending a kid to school with diabetes has single-handedly been the most stressful thing I have ever done. Words cannot express. I'm so thankful for teachers, nurses, office staff, administrators, masks, vaccines, friends, neighbors, siblings, moms, dads, and thank you LORD for watching over my babies and giving them a life of meaning and love, even amidst difficult circumstances. I will never, ever, ever underestimate all that teachers do, after an 18 months like we just had!
