Some fun stuff going on: a wildflower bouquet curated from the overgrown field near our house, spring soccer for both boys (Nana and Grandpa in town to watch too!), date night with our neighborhood besties, bridal showers and packing U-Hauls with our old church besties, Kyle got some new wheels, the boys went into the forest to harvest firewood with their guns and chainsaws, and Auntie Jess visited our UO girl while she was in Eugene.

Spring Break at the beach
We hit Manzanita for spring break this year, and the location of this rental house was worth every red cent. I could live in this backyard. And to have this glorious weather for an entire week in Oregon, well it was just magnificent! Such a gift to have time together in this beautiful place.

School Stuff
Some fun tidbits happening at school - the kids are in school, of course - but I am also including MYSELF in this update because let it be known that I have officially been working as a substitute at my kids' elementary school since January! And make no mistake, I will be dressing up with my work besties for every spirit day there is. I've been having a blast. There have been some truly crazy days, but working with kids in public school is a true joy for me. Kids are the most fun.
Max has brought home several of his incredible Ceramics projects, and Marcus his awesome Wood Shop projects (cutting board and skateboard), and both boys are on the Honor Roll! The college girls are also hitting it out of the park, working very hard and excelling in their worlds. We are proud.
