Spring Break at Manzanita

Spring Break at the Oregon Coast means being ready for any kind of weather. Like... winter coats and swimsuits :) It's crazy, man! We had an awesome week together in Manzanita, and enjoyed lots of sand time, campfires, beach games, rock fishing, tons of board games, watching Star Wars, sleeping in, trips to town, eats and treats, skim boarding, sunsets, and thoroughly wearing out the dog. I'm so thankful for trips like this with all of us. The years are getting shorter when we will all be able to do this! So, so thankful for my family.

End of Winter Roundup

Some of our winter happenings: Marcus played basketball (best coaches he has EVER had), a church spruce-up day, surprise flowers and breakfast from my sweet Maddie, MARIN GOT HER DRIVER'S LICENSE (!!!), Family Fun Night with my last elementary schooler (working the spirit table with a fellow Quatama Mama), breakfast date with the boys, Marin having a fun overnight with Nana and Poppy (games all day, every day), backyard BBQ and trampoline evening during a rare sunny day, Max refining his awesome cooking skills, celebrating St. Patty's with my first colonoscopy (plus some chocolate coins from the leprechaun, and a yummy dinner), a snowy hike with the ladies at church and celebrating Mara's 50th bday with a fun axe-throwing party!
